The viewpoint to Lovers point is quite fascinating as River Rangit & Teesta meets. Both the rivers have the source at Lachung and the Separates and meet near Peshok. Hence the story says that the river is at love with each other and they meet again after 100 kilometres of separation and the union is called Lover's point.

The other tea estates to visit are Takdah, Peshok and Teesta Valley, each of which has their own beauty and the locations are breathtaking.
